WithMe

I co-founded WithMe, an all-in-one platform for creators, and as CTO led engineering from first prototype to a profitable commercial product. Along the way the company raised over £600,000 across multiple funding rounds.

The centrepiece is WithMe's AI agent team, a multi-agent system that acts as a back office for each creator. Otto, a planner agent, breaks goals into tasks and delegates them to specialist agents: Margo (marketing), Sal (sales), Cassie (customer service) and Dez (design). They use tools to act on the platform, share a memory of each creator's brand and audience, and pass key actions to the creator for approval. A feedback system captured creator ratings and edits to keep improving prompts and evaluation sets. The agents cut the time to build a creator hub to minutes and saved creators hundreds of hours of recurring work.

I defined the key product metrics, and building user feedback systems and iterating towards product-market fit cut monthly churn from 18% to 8% and lifted trial conversion from 32% to 46%. The platform runs on AWS, including a live and recorded video pipeline (IVS, MediaConvert), ECS Fargate and Lambda services, RDS, S3 and CloudFront. I hired and mentored a team of three early-career engineers.
